How do I reset my account password?
To reset your account password, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We
will send a secure reset link to your registered email address. If you're logged in, visit the
Security settings in your dashboard.
How long do international wires take?
Depending on the destination country, international wire transfers (SWIFT/SEPA)
generally arrive within 1-3 business days. High-priority transfers can be cleared on the same day if
sent before 2 PM EST.
What happens if I lose my virtual card details?
Virtual cards can be paused or deleted instantly from the 'Cards' tab in your
dashboard. You can issue a completely new virtual card in seconds at zero cost.
